YOU MAY RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:

You have 7 calendar days to return and exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return exchange:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item (s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and unworn.
Your item must be in the original packaging (label and tag)
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange for sizes and colours. NO REFUND
Items that are damaged or found to have manufacturing error is acceptable for return and exchange. We will exchange for new item or other item with same value to be return to customer.
We have a team of members that QC every pcs before delivery as well.
Maximum ONE return and exchange process for 1 order ID.
TOF Raya 2025: Return & exchange is only applicable for designs within 2025 collection. NO RETURN & REFUND. We only accept Return & Exchange. In the case the item is out of stocks or defective customer will be entitle for a full refund.

You may not return for exchange:

Wrong washing, storing or ironing methods that may cause damage will not be entertained.
Sales items or clearance items are not returnable, exchangeable and refundable. (We will QC before send out)
Damaged, washed, altered and worn items are not returnable by any chance.
Due to lighting effects and monitor brightness, etc there could be some slight differences in the color tone of the pictures and the actual items.
Please allow 1-3 cm differ in manual measurement.

Shipping
Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer need to bear both way shipping costs if customer need to exchange size or exchange design. Customer need to contact with our Admin to confirm on this exchange before returning back to TOF.
